Funny? Isn’t it? Here is this hand cart, registered with Islamabad excise and taxation department. I couldn’t find the owner of this cart otherwise I would have certainly posted his interview here.
Used for selling sand-roasted corns and garbanzo beans such carts are a normal scene in Pakistan.
