Cultural Complex is a huge project of CDA which is under construction in Shakarparian Islamabad. Eighty five percent of the project work is completed. The project was started in December 2007 and it was expected to finish in June 2010. The project work is on time and hopefully will be finished on the given date.
The complex covers an area of 25 acres and will be offering cultural, entertainment and recreational activities. The complex on whole will cost 1.3 billion which the Capital Development Authority will be providing from its own resources. CDA is participating and encouraging the culture of Pakistan to much extent. They have just completed the Arts and Crafts village project.
The CDA is striving hard enough to promote the culture of Pakistan and also give the families to enjoy and entertain themselves. Their this initiative to promote the culture of Pakistan at a wide level is really appreciable. We are looking forward that this project will complete at its given date and people will get good chance to enjoy and entertain themselves with their families.
