Capital Development Authority is completing his 50 glorious years this year in June. Capital Development Authority came into existence on June 14, 1960. First it was entitled as Pakistan Capital Regulation on June 24, 1960 but on June 27, 1960 CDA ordinance issued. The CDA ordinance declared and documented the authorities, power and responsibilities of the Capital Development Authority.
Capital Development Authority has always been a very active authority in maintaining the beauty of the capital as well as its safety and protection. CDA was and still is working so hard for the progress of the capital city. They have changed the look of the capital in few previous years and we are proud to have such a planned and disciplined capital of our beloved country. They have completed many major projects and still some big are still on.
CDA will be celebrating the year 2010 as golden jubilee for the Capital Development Authority. They have mounted very stylish banners in different places in the capital city for their golden jubilee celebrations. They will also be conducting some events to celebrate it.
