The Chevrolet Cruze has finally hit the Pakistan automobile market. There were many controversies uptill today about the launch of Chevrolet Cruze in Pakistan. But, as we had already posted, Chevrolet Cruze has to be launched in Pakistan very soon. So today was the display of first Chevrolet Cruze here in Chevrolet Islamabad showroom.
The Cruze exterior on first look puts a massive impression on your mind. The exterior looks bold, strong and stylish enough to impress somebody in the first sight. The design of the exterior is really good. The designer has also taken in account the aerodynamics of the car and have designed the front of the car quite good enough to penetrate through the air.
The head and back lights are designed really stylish and bold looking. Fog lights are also present in the front bumper. The stylish front grill adds more on the exterior beauty of the car along with a prominent logo of Chevrolet on it. The exterior of the car shows the interest of the designers in it. Even the side indicator which is a small thing yet it has been designed very well.
The interior of the car is the best part of the new Cruze. The interior is stylish enough to beat any other car in its competitors list. Cruze interior is equipped with all accessories one can expect in a fully loaded car. The Cruze comes with a blackish and red interior. The company fitted blackish and red seat covers give Cruze a sporty look. The volume control and cruze control are in just hands of the driver. The company installed audio system has no match. All the accessories are electronically controlled by the cabin.
The engine of the Cruze is eco tech. The car comes with 1.6 and 1.8 litre models having option of manual and automatic transmission in both models. The Cruze has 6 speed automatic transmission and company claims its mileage to be 18 kms in a litre on motorways.
Now, we talk about the prices and delivery procedure of the new exciting Chevrolet Cruze. Chevrolet Cruze models range from 21 to 26lac depending upon the power, transmission and sun roof option. The booking of the car has already been started few weeks ago. But, if you book a car today you will get it in 3 to 4 months. The good part is that the booking of the car can be done by 7 lac pkr rupees.
The New exciting Chevrolet Cruze is bold and strong enough to get a good chunk of customers in Pakistan automobile market. The mind set of people here in Pakistan is just limited to Honda, Toyota and above all on Suzuki company vehicles. The major reason of this mind set is valid that these imported cars do not have resale value in the local market. One cannot contradict on the reasons of the mind set of the people. But, when you talk about quality, comfort and security you cannot even compare the local vehicles with the imported one. We should never forget that companies run on their customers need. This mind set will never change till the customers, the normal buyers will demand the companies for better cars. Its the people who set the resale value. When you will keep buying a car which is coming from past 20 years with same shape and quality, you can never change the standards of the company.
Chevrolet Cruze has the features of all the available fully loaded cars of the market. We already know that how safe Chevrolet Vehicles are as compared to other available cars. Other companies Cars owning these features are available in double price.

If they really want to break into this market then they have to price this car below 20 lakh. Why would someone pay 27 lakh for a car (1.8 litre) that has no proven resale value? I am buying civic for 19 lakh but would like to get this instead if the price was the same or little less than Honda.
yes ur right if i has choice i go for Toyota Premio 2010 1.5, 1.8 & 2.0 Litre VVTi engine. its for 28lac to 30lac and resale Toyota u know is best in pakistan.
this car is on my list…..but in my area, it costs much less than civic and corolla
Of course Chevrolet is best brand of 2nd class cars in the world… but it has some resins to filer in Pakistan Automobile market. 1st is all its monogram witch is the Christianity mark, when the Pakistanis are up to 98 % Muslims… maybe Chevrolet made for only Christians Countries… so its almost fail in the Muslim world. 2nd after sixty’s Chevrolet parts are not available in Pakistan so it’s when the Japanese makes are settle their business and factories in Pakistan also a resin

its a nice car but again too expensive in comparison to Honda/Corolla. you have to be competitive to grab the market because there is no history and customer confidence. look what happened with KIA Spectra. the car had good looks and perfect to drive but was not successful becaue of bad fuel consumption. initial response was good from customers but could not sustain for long time. i have Civic and Cruze can be my next choice if you offer me best value of my money!
seems to be a nice car but too expensive in comparison to competition. if you want to grab the market you have to offer competitive price because there is no history and customer confidence. look what happenened with kia spectra. a car with good looks and drive but failed because of poor fuel economy. could not sustain the sails. i have civic and cruze can be my next choice provided its a better value for money!

i was going to buy this car but now its impossible 4 me.
I own this car in midle eas and surprised to know that it costs 2.1 mn in Pakistan, musch more than Civic and corola.
Cheverlet compares this car with Corolla and Civic and no doundbt its much better than both but could not understand the huge price difference.
Corolla and Civic (basic Models) in UAE availbe for AED 70K while Cheverlet Cruze LT is avaible for AED 56K only. This is attracting this midle east market and people are getting crazy about cruze as compared to CIVIC and Corolla.

Offcourse cruze is very good looking car but the price is too much high as compare to corolla and civic in pakistan so cruze is not going to grab the auto market in pakistan

hiii….. these is parth from india ,my dad gifted me chevy, cruze . it is a nice car. in india i bought it in 14.15lac indian rupees. But i dont know that what will be in pak cruze.
Its too expensive. Here in KSA it costs around 50,000 riyals, which is equivalent to Rs. 12 lakhs.. 26 lakhs is too much for such a basic car… here no 1 buys it because its too small and has too few options

hi all.the car is classy but shud b between 20 to 22lac’s.no doubt it outruns corolla n civic in style boldness n comfort.it is necessary to lower the price to caputre the market here in pakistan.i agree that customers make the resale of any automobile n i also agree that v shud try n change our trend of moto shopping.
