Crowd gets mad as eP fails to show up

Faraz Anwar among the top heated finalists in Guitar Idol 2009

Faraz Anwar, the 31 year old talented guitarist from Pakistan, has made his way to the online final of guitar idol 2009. He is just one step away from performing live in the grand final, the London International music show on June 13, 2009. His special composition Autumn Madness was highly appreciated by the online viewers and the judges.

Entity Paradigm makes a reunion at LUMS

The evening of 12th March, 2009 saw Entity Paradigm (also known as eP) making a surprise entry in the LUMS Olympiad ’09. With their fascinating performance the band officially announced its return to music scene after about four years. The band had earlier split up due to the internal differences among band members. The return is welcomed by whole of the music community as EP was considered as one of the best Pakistani rock bands when they released their first album Irtiqa in 2003.

The band is without the services of Xulfi (who is currently working with another Pakistani band ‘Call’) and the band’s former base-player Sajjad. Currently Fawad is on vocals along with Ahmad while the band still has the services of talented drummers Waqar and Salman.
