  1. Can I use the same MDCAT credentials from last year for this year’s MDCAT registration? No, you have to create a new account on the MDCAT Portal for registration.
  2. What is a PoR card? A Proof of Registration Card is an identity document for Afghan refugees that entitles you to legally remain in Pakistan.
  3. I have entered an incorrect email address, what can I do now? You can change your email address by clicking on the “Change Email” option available on the Login page.
  4. I am not receiving any verification code on my email. If you are unable to receive the Verification code, you can click on the “Resend” button, and a new Verification Code will be sent to you.
  5. I have entered an incorrect mobile number, what can I do now? You can change your mobile number by clicking on the “Change Mobile Number” option on the Mobile Number Verification page.
  6. What is a B-Form number? A B-Form is the Child Registration Certificate (CRC) document used to register minors under the age of 18 years. The 13-digit number (12345-6789012-0) written on that document is your B-Form Number.
  7. I do not have a CNIC, can I enter the CNIC of my Father/Mother? No, you must enter your own Identification number, otherwise, your Registration will be canceled.
  8. I am entering the correct CNIC Number but it is still showing “NADRA Verification Failed”. The system automatically verifies the combination of your CNIC & its Date of Issuance with NADRA. If any of these two are incorrect, the NADRA Verification Fails, and the error message is displayed. If you are entering correct information & still facing this error, please try again later.
  9. I Forgot my Password, what can I do now? You can change your password by clicking the “Forgot Password” option on the Login page.
  10. Can I attach a Passport Size picture with a “Blue Background”? No, only a picture with a WHITE Background is acceptable.
  11. I live in Pakistan, can I give the exam in an International Center? Yes, any person can register and take the MDCAT as per the defined criteria in announced Centers in Pakistan or Abroad.
  12. My desired City is not available in the Preferred Exam City list? If your desired Exam City is not listed, you can provide an “Alternative Exam City,” but this will only be a secondary selection, and the center will be allocated based on the available registration requests for the said city.
  13. Can I save my Registration form and fill it later? Yes, you can click on the “Save as Draft” button available at the bottom of the page to save the data filled by you.
  14. My 2nd Year result is still awaited, can I still enter HSSC Qualification details in my registration form? Yes, you can.
  15. How can I pay the Fee for MDCAT? You can pay your MDCAT Registration Fee from any of the following options: 1) Bank Challan 2) Credit/Debit Card.
  16. Which Credit/Debit Cards are accepted? Only 3D Secure VISA/Master Debit/Credit Cards are acceptable.
  17. Do I have to attach the Stamped Copy of Bank Challan Anywhere? No, Bank challans are automatically verified, you do not have to attach your Challan Copy anywhere.
  18. I have paid my Fee via Bank Challan but it is still showing as “Pending”. Please visit your Bank Branch again and reconfirm if they have submitted the payment to PMDC.
  19. I Have submitted my Registration form and paid the Fee, can I edit my Profile now? Yes, you can edit your Profile except Name & Identification number after payment as well.
  20. I want to change my Desired Exam City, but I have paid the Fee. You can still edit your Profile and change your desired city before the registration closes.
  21. How long does it take for the Fee status to update after payment? Payment Status is updated within 24 Hours of your payment.
